STAND PRICES

3m x 3m Stand costs

The fees charged are for an exhibition stand (space or prefabricated). 2x Exhibitor registrations and attendance to all/any conference sessions is included in the Stand Costs.

Additional exhibiting personnel will be charged at NZ$150 +GST per person.

 

Payment Schedule

On booking  >>25% (must be paid to confirm stand)

10 November 2019 >>25%

10 April 2020 >>50%

If booked after 10 February 2020, 50% to be paid on booking

If booked after 10 April 2020, 100% to be paid on booking

All payments must be made in full by 10 April 2020

 

EXHIBITION STAND:     $4500.00 + GST

Invoicing

On receipt of your completed Application to Exhibit form, PodiatryNZ will email a stand confirmation. Please refer to ‘Payment Schedule’ listed in the Application Form for payment details.

 

Your stand cost includes:

  • 2x Exhibitor Registrations

  • Access to all conference sessions

  • 2x Staff to attend the Chairman’s Reception

  • Delegate list will be distributed to exhibiting companies on site

  • Company listing, logo and product summary in Conference handbook

  • 1x Staff to attend the Conference dinner

  • One trestle table and table cloth, 2 chairs

  • Each stand has white stipple finish walls, a single 240 volt, 10 amp power outlet, 2 spotlights and fascia with name signage

  • Online listings on Conference website.
