Exhibition Stands 

3m x 3m Stand costs

The fees are for an exhibition stand (space or prefabricated).

2 x Exhibitor registrations and attendance to all/any conference sessions.

Additional fees will be charged for social events.

Additional exhibiting personnel are welcome, there will be an additional charge of NZ$200 +GST per person to cover catering costs.


Payment Schedule

On booking  >>50% deposit must be paid to confirm stand

10 April 2020 >>50% balance to be paid

If booked after 10 April 2020, 100% to be paid on booking

All payments must be made in full by 10 April 2020


Your stand includes:
  • 2 x Exhibitor Registrations

  • Access to all conference sessions

  • 2 x Staff to attend the Welcome Reception

  • Delegate list will be distributed to exhibiting companies on site

  • Company listing, logo and product summary in Conference handbook

  • One trestle table and table cloth, 2 chairs

  • White stipple finish walls, a single 240 volt, 10 amp power outlet

  • 2 spotlights and fascia with name signage

  • Online listings on Conference website
