Paediatric heel pain: new insights and practical applications
Part 2 of this practical workshop will assist members to develop and maintain the advanced skills required under the PodiatryNZ Sports Accreditation Framework.
There will be a focus on some aspects of advanced expertise in the diagnosis of foot, ankle and lower limb pathology. They assess their patients using advanced biomechanical analysis and utilise injury management techniques through alteration of lower limb function using orthotic therapy, adaptation of rehabilitation and training, exercise, strength and conditioning of the lower limb, footwear prescription and strapping.
Members can attend one or both of these workshops. The content will differ between workshops, further detail to be confirmed.
This workshop will provide 3 hours of Professional Learning CPD for the Podiatrists Registration Board and 3 hours of CPD for PodiatryNZ Accredited Sports Members.
